US Domestic Shipping
We offer FREE Domestic Shipping in the US, (excluding Alaska & Hawaii). Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. All orders are shipped from Indiana, and the delivery time frame depends on where the order is being shipped to. We ship USPS and FedEx and delivery time is around 10 business days. An email confirmation will be delivered to your inbox after an order is successfully submitted. We will email you once your order ships and send you the package tracking information. You can use the tracking number to follow the order status on the official shipping carrier website.
Local PickUp / DropOff
We offer a FREE drop-off or pickup option for our local friends & family, located in West Lafayette, Lafayette, and Bluffton Indiana. At checkout, please list your pickup/drop-off time and date availability, and I will email you to confirm the pickup time and date. Delivery is dependent on availability. Options for pickup: Lafayette Residents: Cafe Literato | Bluffton Residents: Hugh's Bakery & Coffeehouse.
International Shipping
We currently do not offer International Shipping, but as our company grows, we hope to expand by offering international shipping. If you live in Alaska & Hawaii or live outside the US and would be willing to pay for the shipping, please contact us via Email (hello@hthr.com) and we will create an invoice if you would like to move forward.
Due to COVID-19, you may experience shipping delays. We are sorry for any inconvenience caused. Thank you very much for your patience and understanding.
RETURNS
Return Cost
If you wish to return or exchange your item/s, you must fill out the return form.
For returns, once you fill out the form below, a pre-paid return label will be sent to your email. Once returned, a refund will be issued with the deduction of the shipping cost taken off from your total order. HTHR does not provide free shipping on returns nor will we refund the amount of shipping cost applied to your order.
If exchanging for a different size or product, a return label will be created and emailed to you for return. Once receiving your return, your exchange will be processed and a new order will be shipped to you, free of shipping charges. No refund will be issued with exchanges as a new order will be replacing your return. HTHR provides free shipping on exchanges only.
For my local friends and family living in Lafayette / Bluffton area. If you wish to return your item in person, you may do so by filling out the form below and indicating the days and times available for an in-person pickup. Returns are dependent on availability. Once returned, a full refund will be issued.
30 Days to Return
Returns and exchanges must be shipped back within 30 days of receiving your order (tracking number arrival date). If 30 days have gone by since you received your item, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Returns and Exchanges
All items must be returned in their original packaging and form within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed & unaltered in the same condition that you received it. It can have no makeup stains, deodorant stains, or animal hair. It must also be in the original packaging. Returns are subject to our inspection & approval. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back without a copy of it. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund and it can take up to 5 business days to process it. If you are approved, then your full refund will be processed. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or to the original method of payment. The processing time will depend on your financial institution. For any item returned, please note that the shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
HTHR reserves the right to reject any returning products that do not comply with the above-stated return policy. To avoid this, please contact us to address any issues or concerns you have regarding the item(s) you wish to return.
If you are returning a gift, indicate that the item is a gift in the return form message. Include the purchaser’s information to ensure your return is processed as smoothly as possible.
Defective or Damaged Orders
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you believe you have received defective merchandise you must contact us via Email (hello@hthr.com) within 2 days of receiving your item(s). Please attach a photo of the defective or damaged area and email the images. We are not responsible for merchandise damaged after the item has been worn, washed, or altered.

If your shipment is lost or misdirected in transit to the destination will be reshipped to the customer once it has been determined the original shipment cannot be delivered within a reasonable time frame. We are not responsible for lost or stolen shipments when incorrect addresses are provided by the customer. We are not responsible for refunding or replacing shipments for packages shown as delivered. You can use your tracking number to file a claim at the U.S. Postal Service if insurance is included.
